"Services that were perfomed were 3 different home inspections on potential homes I was interested in buying. Neil was a fantastic home inspector. He is a sellers worst nightmare and a buyer's dream. Very thorough, very professional and very punctual. He was always early and I was always late. He had all the tools he needed to do his job with. This guy was incredible. Checked for roof leaks, bad foundations, electric, termites or evidence of termite infestation. You name it, he covers it.He saved me from 2 potential disasters in buying a home. You can look at a home and cosmetically, it looks great. Give Neil a crack at it and it's a completely different story. He's also very honest. The home I finally did buy was based on the fact that Neil thought it was a solid home. He will tell you that there will always be issues but he's more concerned with the major issues that will drive your bank account dry. By the way, his fee is extremely reasonable and competitive.His reports are very thorough and detailed with many pictures describing his findings. He will email you his report. He does take checks. I highly, highly recommend Neil for home inspections. If the seller's agent happens to know him, take a look at his face. You will see that he knows, if something's wrong with the home Neil will find it."
